IT Supporter

Paiblock is a leading blockchain and AI company that offers mobile wallet services, social ﬁnance enablement and content sharing as a service to end-users, service providers and merchants alike. Paiblock is seeking to bring the experience of a traditional cloud network to mobile devices, a global mobile experience to mobile phone users and an operator and bank agnostic approach to mobile wallet services. We are looking for an IT Supporter, with the ability to provide escalated end-user support.

Responsibilities and goals:

• Help Desk and Server Infrastructure Support.
• Installation/maintenance of servers and server applications.
• Global end-user support.
• Server and application patching and updates.
• Administration, maintenance, and support of internal IT.
• IT Project work.
• Equipment/inventory purchasing.
• Regulatory work, around PCI-DSS, and other regulatory bodies.
• Documentation of procedures and global infrastructure.

We are looking for you if:

• Experience with Linux/Unix Infrastructure and Network administration
• A degree in Computer Science or a related ﬁeld
• Previous experience from similar position is prefered.
• IT certiﬁcations in relevant products/technologies.
